We do not perform audits, reviews, or compilations. Books are prepared to be tax-ready for your tax preparer — we do not currently offer tax-return preparation or filing services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation needed to perform bookkeeping and payroll services, and for maintaining their own QuickBooks Online (and any related software) subscriptions and login credentials.

5. Pricing & Packages

Package pricing shown on this website reflects our standard rates and is subject to change. A one-time setup fee applies as described on our pricing page, and is waived for clients on annual billing. Software (such as QuickBooks Online or a mileage-tracking app) is billed separately, directly to the client, and is not included in our fees. All plans are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee and carry no long-term contract, as described on our pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Waggoner Accounting LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than for your own personal reference in considering our services.

7. Limitation of Liability
